Shipping within Australia

For all purchases over $250, shipping within Australia is free. Purchases under $250 will incur a shipping fee based on the delivery address. All shipping charges will be quoted on checkout.
Kudu and Mimi use (*Postal service Australia Post) for products that are shipped within Australia.

International Shipping

For all international orders, the shipping rate is confirmed on checkout.

International orders are sent via (Australia Post) and typically take 12-21 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, so please be patient).
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging including tags attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchased an item from any of our stockists, you should contact them for any issues including returns. Online orders can only be returned to our online warehouse. They cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our stockists.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and any applicable duties for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you return your item via a trackable method for example registered post or registered courier. Kudu and Mimi will not take responsibility for lost mail items.
